Meet your Coach

I’m Sarah the owner and head coach at Sarah Louise Fitness. I am a personal trainer, online coach, and a qualified sports nutrition coach.

At Sarah Louise Fitness, it's not just about fitness, it's about realising your potential. I believe that every woman has the ability to become her best self.

Allow me to share my journey that led me to this point.

I have always been a sporty girl, participating in tennis, gymnastics, and dancing. One of my first jobs whist in high school was as a gymnastics coach, where I coached girls for competition in levels 1 and 2. Following high school I completed my bachelors degree in Business. During this time, I was unhappy with my current lifestyle and constantly worried about how I looked and how much I weighed. I realised at this point I needed to make a change, I started going to the gym with little knowledge of training or nutrition.

Over the years, through education and further study, I discovered my passion for training and nutrition. I dedicated my time to both training and studying, and then later competing in 2022 WBFF show and placing 6th in my first competition. This was one big milestone but with big milestones comes a big crash. Even as a coach, I struggled a lot with nutrition post-competition. I gained a lot of weight within the space of a few months. But I practice what I preach “Become the best version of yourself”. I got back on track removed the guilt around food, stopped focusing on the scales and just went back to training hard.

The reason I do what I do is because I have once been in your shoes many times. I know how daunting it is starting a new gym and how scary it is starting something new or feeling like you’ve gone off track again and again. But this is why I started Sarah Louise Fitness
