  • Personalised training blocks suited to your goals and experience. Programs will be updated every 4 weeks

  • Access to the Sarah Louise Fitness App where all your workouts, nutrition and check ins will be included

  • Exercise video demonstrations and technique descriptions

  • Fortnightly check in with Head Coach Sarah
