In these personal training sessions, you get access to learn and master the foundations of training as well as working towards reaching your goals.

  • Training programs tailored to your goals and training level

  • During the sessions you learn correct technique and form.

  • Fortnightly check ins with Head Coach Sarah. Adjustments will be made to food and training according to progress

  • Get the choice between 30-45 min 1:1 Personal Training sessions

  • Learn how to activate the correct muscles throughout each session.

30 mins - $40
